I will aim to have your order handled & shipped within 3 working days, however please allow leeway as this is a single person team. You will be informed of any & all changes to the status of your order.
You will receive confirmation of dispatch via email ~ please check your junk incase the email ends up in there! :) Shipping labels are purchased through Royal Mail starting at 2.85 for standard 2nd class, 3.95 for standard 1st class, 3.35 for Tracked 48 & 4.45 for Tracked 24 on all small parcels, postage price for larger parcels increases dependent on weight/amount of items. Be aware that delays may occur due to strikes (SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL POSTIE!!)
objectify co is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged, as this lies with the postal service. In the rare instance your order is ‘undeliverable’ ~ e.g. the postal service continually tries to deliver your package but is unable to ~ the package will be returned to Objectify co & you will receive a refund of your order but not the cost of shipping.

If you would like to return or exchange an item you have purchased on the site, please just contact me via email at objectifyjesmonite@gmail.com ~ we can organise a full refund as long as the item is returned unused & as it was sold, provided authentic receipt of payment & delivery is given.
Unfortunately I cannot cover postage costs for any returns. In the rare case you receive your item with a defect, please contact me as soon as possible by email & we will figure out a solution.

All products sold under the objectify co name are handmade by myself (Gaby) in my studios (East Yorkshire UK / Tarn FR).
As a slow made studio, everything is made with care & consideration, also due to the handmade nature of the process colour, design style & distribution will always vary slightly across products ~ this means each piece is unique & every one who purchases from objectify co gets something a little extra special.
All products are made from eco-resin ~ Jesmonite ~ an acrylic, water based material which is non toxic. Every piece is sanded & sealed before shipment to ensure high standard finishing.
Occasionally I will have an odds & ends sale which includes defective pieces or dead stock from previous collections, the price will reflect the differences in these pieces & full information/images will be provided so you know exactly what you are getting.

refund policy for workshops with objectify co
Cancellations up to 28 days before the event: I will refund the ticket price, minus the Eventbrite fee (approx. 11% of the ticket price), or will transfer your booking to a future event, if available.
Cancellations between 27 and 14 days before the event: I will refund half the ticket price, minus the Eventbrite fee (approx. 11% of the ticket price), or will transfer your booking to a future event, if available.
Cancellations less than 14 days before the event: no refund or transfer.
Note: I’m a small business owner whose income depends entirely on workshops and markets. My events are small-scale and my costs and time invested remain the same whether the workshop is full or not. I always advertise my events with plenty of time to promote and sell tickets – and tickets tend to sell in the first week of publication. I want try to strike a balance between being fair to participants, and not selling myself short or ending up making a financial loss. That’s why I don’t refund tickets within 14 days of an event, as it’s very unlikely I will be able to resell the ticket at short notice.
